WHAT IS CYCLONE?

 

Cyclone is a fusion of SPIN and HIIT - put together into one bootcamp style class. Here you get a high-pace cardio workout with an intense HIIT workout, and you end with a short yoga stretch. This class is great to get all 3 parts of fitness into one class - cardio, strength and stretch.
