We’ve got a great Intro Offer and some important
information to help you get started.

  • ARRIVE EARLY

    All first-time clients must arrive at our studio 10 minutes prior to sign a short waiver and get set up in class/on the bike. We want you to feel comfortable - so arriving early is very important. If you have any injuries or areas in the body where you are sore, or fitness goals please let the instructor know so they can advise on any modifications. We do our best to tailor all of our classes to suit the needs of everyone in the studio on that day.

  • GET STARTED

    We are excited to have you join class but first you will need to create an account and purchase one of our new client specials. Once done go ahead and reserve your class at a time that works for you. Our classes are for all fitness levels. Plan to wear comfortable clothes. Studio classes can either be done barefoot or with grippy socks - spin classes with indoor running shoes or spin shoes. Bring your own water bottle, mat and towel.

  • STAY COMMITTED

    When trying anything new there is always a learning curve. We want you to feel motivated, inspired and like you are a part of something. If you get discouraged - don’t worry, that is normal - we are here to go through that with you. And remember that consistency and commitment will always yield the best results. Your classes will be full of a variety of exercises and music - so you will have a great time while getting in a great class/workout.
