FLOW YOGA
Sometimes looking inward is done with dynamic movement and pushing your strength, cardio, and flexibility. That is what FLOW is all about.
What is Flow Yoga?
Flow classes pull a little bit from Vinyasa Yoga (yoga with lots of movement), from Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga (a style created by Sadie Nardini) and from basic Hatha Yoga Sun Salutations.
Flow will push your strength as you may hold more challenging poses for longer. It will challenge your cardio as you may move more quickly from pose to pose - and up and down. Finally, your flexibility will get challenged as you reach a tiny bit further, hold a tiny bit longer and sweat a lot more.
Flow is a lot of work and should only be done if you know your personal limits. This is a class where we balance between a little push and what is too far. Enjoy and come sweat with us.
